Welcome to Summage Academy at summage.org. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our free educational platform for learning English and preparing for IELTS. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree please do not use the platform.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Summage Academy. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or a platform announcement.
To access main features lessons progress tracking and tools including AI essay and grammar checkers you must create an account with a valid email display name and password.
Users under eleven years old must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before creating an account. This permission can be informal for example telling your parents about Summage Academy and receiving their verbal agreement. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising use by children under their care.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share login details. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
We grant you a limited non-exclusive non-transferable revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal non-commercial English learning and IELTS preparation.
All content lessons videos exercises design logo tools and materials belong to Summage Academy or our licensors. You may not download copy reproduce distribute modify create derivative works from or use any content commercially without our prior written permission.
You agree not to do any of the following:
Any violation of these rules may lead to account suspension deletion or other measures necessary to protect the platform and its users.
The platform features a gamified system that lets you earn coins and diamonds through completing lessons making progress or participating in other activities. These are virtual in-game currencies only.
Coins and diamonds have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are not considered real money or legal tender under any law. You may use them only within the platform to unlock certain in-game services or to purchase Summage Academy merchandise in the marketplace section if available. We reserve the right to modify limit or remove this system at any time without prior notice or compensation.
The platform is free thanks to advertisements including those from third-party providers such as Google AdSense. We work to display only appropriate non-harmful and non-misleading ads although we cannot guarantee that every advertisement will meet these standards.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements linked websites or services. Any interaction with advertisements occurs at your own risk.
Our platform offers AI-powered tools including IELTS essay band estimation grammar checking and similar features. These tools exist solely for practice and learning purposes.
Scores feedback corrections and band estimates generated by AI are estimates only. They may contain errors inaccuracies or biases. These outputs are not official IELTS scores and do not guarantee any examination results. Summage Academy is not affiliated with endorsed by or partnered with IELTS IDP British Council or any official examination authority. Official IELTS scoring is provided exclusively by authorized organizations.
Please do not treat AI outputs as final or definitive. Success in IELTS or English learning depends on your personal effort self-discipline and consistent practice. The platform provides preparation and instruction but never guarantees specific outcomes.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms to protect the platform and its users or for any other legitimate reason. We also reserve the right to modify suspend or discontinue any part of the platform without prior notice.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted here and we will notify you of significant changes via email or platform announcement. Your continued use after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
The platform is provided as is without any warranties express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access error-free performance or achievement of any particular learning outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law Summage Academy shall not be liable for any indirect incidental consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes will be resolved primarily in the courts of Tashkent Uzbekistan. For international users we also take into account applicable laws of England and the United States where relevant although Uzbek law remains primary.
